How long will I have to try items on?

Our assistant will drop items off at your home within the hour of your selected delivery time slot. You will then have as long as you need to try your pieces on in the comfort of your own home .

Where does the shopping assistant wait while I try items on?

Our shopping assistants are not like normal delivery drivers. While you’re trying items on, they’re busy running our social media channels and preparing for the next deliveries.

When do I pay for items ordered via the home fitting room service?

For items ordered via the home fitting room service, you only purchase the items you want to keep, after you’ve tried them on. Our shopping assistants are equipped with mobile payment terminals to take payments at your doorstep.

Do I need to be home to receive items ordered via the home fitting room service?

Yes, the home fitting room service is designed to allow you to try items on just like you would in-store. For this reason and for the security of items, only the account holder can receive items ordered with the home fitting room service.

For items purchased with standard delivery, do I need to be home to receive them?

No, but the order must be signed for. If delivery is attempted but nobody is at the delivery address to receive the order, it will be taken to the local delivery office for collection or redelivery. Sorry, it annoys us too, which is why we’re working hard to make the home fitting room service available across the whole of the UK.

How do I return items that were purchased with standard delivery?

For returns, please contact customercare@yourfittingroom.com and we’ll assist you with your returns. Returns for items purchased via standard delivery are free.

Can I return items that I’ve tried on with the home fitting room service and purchased?

We hope that by trying items on, the likelihood of having to return items is reduced. However, we understand that in some cases returns may be necessary. If you would like to arrange a return, please let us know within 14 days of the purchase date via customercare@yourfittingroom.com and we will assist you. So that we can keep the home fitting room service free, returns made after trying items on will be at your cost.
