Home Fitting Room Service

The home fitting room service brings the in-store shopping experience to your home.

The service allows you to experience how garments fit, look and feel at home before making a purchasing decision.

And just like trying items on in-store, the service is free.

After choosing your pieces online, you are able to select a convenient one-hour fitting window for when you’d like to try them.

You must be home for the duration of the hour to receive the items, try them on and then purchase or return them from our shopping assistant.

You will be given as long as you need to try items on after they have been dropped off. When you are finished, our assistant will return to take payment for the pieces you want to keep and collect those that you don't.

Our assistants carry iZettle mobile payment terminals so can only accept credit and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted.

Standard Delivery

Yourfittingroom offers free 3-day UK wide delivery.

Standard deliveries are fulfilled by our designers so orders from multiple designers will arrive separately.

Orders can take up to 7 days to arrive but usually arrive sooner.

Returns

Home Fitting Room Service

We hope that by trying pieces on, the need to arrange returns is reduced. However, we understand that in some circumstances, returns are still necessary. In an effort to keep the Home Fitting Room service free, returns from this type of order are at your cost.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days by sending an email to customercare@yourfittingroom.com. Our team will be happy to help you from there.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Yourfittingroom retains the right to refuse refunds for worn or damaged item.
